Sykes opens third Costa Rica center with $2 million investment and 300 new staff

US.based company Sykes opened its third contact center in Costa Rica.

The company invested $2 million in the center, which will begin operations with 300 employees.

With the new center, Sykes now has 3,200 employees in Costa Rica, and hopes to end the year with 3,500.
