Cruise lines visit Honduras with a view to developing three luxury tour ports

A committee from the Florida Caribbean Cruise Association will visit Honduras next week to study the possibility of transforming at least three areas into luxury cruise ports of call.

The areas the committee will inspect are Amapala, Omoa and Trujillo.

The Honduran National Chamber of Tourism predicts revenues of at least $700 million from tourism this year.
