Swiss $210 million pledge to Honduras and Nicaragua

Switzerland will provide $210 million in financial aid to Honduras and Nicaragua through the Swiss development cooperation, known as SDC.

The funds will go towards helping create new policies, fight crime, create strategies to cope with climate change and reduce violence against women.

The SDC has been helping Central America for some 30 years, and has so far given $330 million.
