Uber Costa Rica drops fares and drivers are unhappy

Uber Costa Rica announced a 20 percent drop effective immediately, and some of its drivers are not happy about it.

Several chauffeurs complained that the price gouge comes as many have been struggling to cover their expenses. But the ride-hailing company said that the fare drop would benefit drivers by spurring greater demand.
