$288 million in water works awarded in Panama

Panama's government awarded potable water contracts in Panama City and the surrounding area.

The contracts were awarded to Norberto Odebrecht of Brazil, Meco of Costa Rica, Panama's Transcaribe Trading, and MCM of the United States.

Meco and MCM won a $96 million contract, Odebrecht one of $158 million, and Meco and Transcaribe took one of $34 million.
