$500 a square meter in Managua’s ‘Bel-Air’

 

Real estate around Jean Paul Genie Avenue in the south of Managua have surged in value in recentg years.

Realtors say that residences are going for $500 a square meter, where only 15 years ago the same or similar properties were being sold at $75 a square meter.
