'Costa Rica more important than US' for Colombia

Colombia's industry could grow more with the country's free trade agreement with Costa Rica, than with the accord with the United States, said Colombia's industry promotion coalition leader, Marta Lucía Ramírez.

"The trade agreement with the United States will have no significant effect on Colombia's industry and exports" Ramírez said.

"The agreement with Costa Rica is more positive, even though it's a small market, it is still interesting for all industrial production", Ramírez added.
