Alliance for Prosperity is not at risk, say Northern Triangle

The foreign ministers of Central America’s Northern Triangle — Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador — don’t expect any reduction of US aid once Donald Trump takes over the White House.

The so-called Alliance for Prosperity will remain intact, they say. However, there is concern over Trump’s campaign promise to enforce mass deportations of immigrants, including many from Central America.
