Amnet, Teleplus and Telecable in quest for $1 billion

Cable television companies, led by Amnet, Teleplus and Telecable in Costa Rica are set to cash in on big new opportunities.

Their income could amount to more than $1 billion over the next five years. That, at least, is the conclusion of a study by the Argentine company Signals Telecom Consulting.

Amnet, Teleplus and Telecable also face competition generated by the arrival of new companies.
