Aqueducts aim to end Costa Rican drought

Several doubts have arisen over the mega-project for the construction aqueducts that aims to resolve the drought in the Costa Rican province of Guanacaste.
However, the project will boost the country by using water from the Arenal volcano to provide for commercial, agricultural and tourism, at a cost of some $42 million.
