Bananas to set $450 million record in Honduras

The Honduran banana industry will break a new record this year.

The value of exports will reach approximately $450 million, the highest in the last decade, as indicated by preliminary statistics from exporting firms.

Last year, banana exports from Honduras came to $397.7 million.
