Bank credit grows 21 percent in Nicaragua

Nicaragua's financial system reported a 21 percent increase in credits and loans last year.

The rise is attributed to an improvement in the country's credit portfolio and a rise in deposits.

However, the figure is still lower than the 29 percent growth of 2012.
