BASF aims to cash in on Panama’s public works projects with new aggregates plant

Germany’s BASF opened a plant in Panama to produce aggregates for the construction industry.

The plan is being built in the former US military base of Howard on the banks of the Panama Canal.

BASF aims to cash in on opportunities generated by the Panamanian government’s $14 billion plans for public works.
