BBVA adds warning on inflation to growing perspective for Panama growth

Friday, July 1, 2011

Panama’s economy will continue to grow strongly this year by 7.8 percent, driven by public spending and private consumption.

The country’s solid perspectives “will attract investment that will finance high deficit levels in the current account,” BBVA reports.
