Bidding process begins for Line Three of Panama Metro

Panama has launched the process to invite tenders for Line 3 of the city’s Metro, which already has a $2.6 billion Japanese loan to back it.

All the design, civil engineering and construction of a monorail, and very much more has to be included in the bids. The winners will be announced next year and  line is to be operational by 2021.
