British firms urged to seize Central American potential

A Caribbean Council report indicates there is significant potential for British companies to invest and sell their products and services to Central American markets.

The report points out the sectors in the region with most opportunity for investment, and are construction, renewable energy, agroindustry, security and apparel.

The publication of the report coincided with the reopening of the British Embassy in El Salvador, which will focus on strengthening bilateral relations.
