Business leaders hail Alvarado's 100 days in Costa Rica

The Costa Rica  government of Carlos Alvarado has almost four years to go but business leaders so far appear to have given the thumbs up for its first 100 days.

On a 10 point scale, Alvarado appears to have reached 7.5, a rating that spells confidence in the new administration and its leader.
The Cabinet appears to have a group of ministers who can handle the challenges facing them, and all appear to be singing from the same song sheet.
