Business leaders in Honduras see big opportunities from accord with Europe

Private-sector leaders in Honduras have high hopes of increasing exports once the association accord between Europe and Central America gets under way.

The main expectations are centered on textiles, sugar and coffee, as well as some non-traditional products.

On Tuesday, representatives of Central America and the European Union signed the full document, which should now be implemented very shortly.
