Calidad Inmobiliaria and Spectrum launch new projects in Guatemala

Guatemala’s construction industry got off to a good start for the year in housing and office projects.

Calidad Inmobiliaria has launched construction of the 17-story Domani building. The project will cost $12.5 million and should be concluded by October of next year.

Developer Spectrum has also launched sales of a project called Terrazas de Villa Floresa, which includes 18 apartment buildings.
