Cargill increases investment stake in Central America

 

Cargill, the US food and farm produce conglomerate, announced an increase in its Central American investments, particularly in Nicaragua.

"Central America is a secure region for doing business, and that’s why we’re increasing our investments there,” said David W. MacLennan, the Cargill president.
