Caterpillar brings 200 jobs from Mexico to Texas

Caterpillar's decision to move a construction equipment manufacturing plant from Mexico to just two hours south of San Antonio will add 200 new jobs and benefit dealers and their customers.

Peoria, Illinois-based Caterpillar announced plans last week to move its vocational truck manufacturing operations from Escobedo, Nuevo Leon, to a plant it owns in Victoria, Texas.
