Cemex to invest $100 million in Egypt this year

Mexican multinational cement company Cemex announced plans to invest $100 million in Egypt this year.

The money will go towards improving its operations and help develop housing and commercial infrastructure.

Sergio Menéndez, president of the Egyptian Cemex subsidiary, said the company will also install eco-friendly equipment to help reduces its emissions.
