Central America and South Korea advance in free trade talks

South Korean and Central American trade authorities began on Monday the fifth round of talks towards a free trade agreement.
During the week-long talks, both parts will discuss topics such as hygiene measures, competition, technical obstacles to trade and services.
A free trade agreement would open a a new market for Korean technology, metals and cars, while Central America would boost its agricultural and agroindustrial exports to the Asian nation.
