Central America coffee exports are coming to the boil

Exports by Latin America’s coffee-producing nations, except Brazil, rose by 17.7 percent in the first seven months of the crop year.

Of the Central American nations, only Guatemala’s exports dropped, and only by 0.7 percent.

Costa Rica’s exports grew by 4.1 percent, El Salvador by 53.8, Honduras 35.6, and Nicaragua 7 percent.
