Central America develops plan to boost tourism

The tourism ministers of all Central American countries and the Dominican Republic signed a strategic plan to develop sustainable tourism over the next five years.
The plan will focus on promoting Central America as an integrated and sustainable multi-destination.
From 2014 to 2018, the regions' governments will promote investment to the sector through private-public partnerships and security.
