Central America loses ground in Global Competitiveness Report

Central America has lost ground in competition with its rivals in the world economy, according to the Global Competitiveness Index of the World Economic Forum.

The index shows that the region's indicators have declined. The fall is general from Guatemala to Panama but is particularly pronounced in the case of Nicaragua, Estrategia & Negocios reports in Spanish.
