Central American leaders aim to kick-start unification process with San Salvador summit

The extraordinary summit of the Central American Integration System tomorrow in San Salvador will aim to re-launch the regional unification process that began 60 years ago.
 
As well as the Central American leaders, the summit will be attended by the president of the World Bank, Robert Zoellick, and the president of the Inter-American Development Bank, Luis Alberto Moreno. The World Bank is a co-sponsor of the project.
