China $400 million loan builds Costa Rican highway

The government of Costa Rica will be able to expand its most important highway thanks to a $400 million loan from China.
The 108 kilometre highway connects the Caribbean port of Limón to central Costa Rica and will be expanded to four lanes.
The highway plays a major logistical role as it helps transport 85 percent of international trade the country handles.
