China 'could invest $80 billion in Mexico'

China could invest some $80 billion in Mexico, said Amapola Grijalva, vice president of the Mexican-Chinese Chamber of technology and trade.

Next month, Chinese president Xi Jinping will visit Mexico, during which both governments will attempt to stimulate Chinese investment to Mexico.

This year, Mexico expects to sell to China goods worth $6 billion, while Chine would sell to Mexico some $60 billion, said Grijalva.
