China's Goldwind wins project in Panama

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Co., China’s biggest wind-turbine maker by market value, won a contract to supply 215 megawatts to InterEnergy Holdings for a project in Panama.
The order includes 86 2.5-megawatt direct-drive turbines for the Penonome wind project in the province of Cocle.
InterEnergy is a closely held power-plant developer based in Dominican Republic.
