Chinchilla sees fiscal reform as key to her presidency

Laura Chinchilla, the president of Costa Rica, defined the first 100 days of her rule with a series of measures on security, environment, competition and social welfare. 

Each of the areas will be strategic for the leadership of Costa Rica’s development until 2014, when she finishes her mandate.

Chinchilla warned that a fiscal reform is essential to achieving her goals.
