Chinese buses gain ground in public transport

Over the last five years, at least six Chinese bus manufacturing companies have begun to supply public transport authorities in Central America.

The imports of Chinese buses to Central America coincide with the start of diplomatic relations between China and Costa Rica five years ago.

The main advantage the companies offer their customers are the lower cost of the buses.
