Claro and Ericsson to implement 4G in Costa Rica

Claro, subsidiary of Mexico's América Móvil, announced it will work together with Ericsson to implement Costa Rica's fourth generation, 4G, cellular network, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

Both companies aim to have the network ready by December this year in the capital and the main cities in each province.

For the launching of the network, Claro is betting particularly on brands such as iPhone, Samsung and Nokia.
