Colombia announces sale of Isagen stake
The Colombian government is moving to sell its majority-participation in one of the country's largest power-generating firms.
Finance Minister Mauricio Cárdenas announced Monday that the government is putting up for sale its 57.6 percent share in Isagen.
The government expects to raise at least $2.3 billion and hopes to find a sole investor to take a large piece of the company, Cárdenas said.
