Colombia could grow 4.5 percent

Colombia's economy has potential to grow 4.5 percent this year, said Finance Minister Mauricio Cárdenas.
In order to achieve that goal, the Government has created an infrastructure investment plan which includes 36 projects, spurring demand for construction materials and help create jobs.
A successful conclusion to the peace process with Farc guerrillas would also help reactivate investment in the country's agriculture, mining and energy sectores, Cárdenas said.
