Colombia faces worst coffee crisis in a decade

Colombia's coffee harvest, which challenges that of Central America, is nearing peak production for the current year, but this time it appears to prove to bring a bitter result.

The recent one-dollar drop in world prices is hitting very hard at Colombian producers.

They say the crisis is the worst they have faced in a decade and are calling for urgent government action.
