Colombia jumps 22 percent in business climate

Colombia's business climate improved 22 percent in January this year in a business climate index by the Getulio Vargas Foundation and the University of Munich's Center for Economic Studies.

Colombia climbed from 113 points last January to 138 points this year.

The study said the increase came after positive projections for the oil sector and foreign investment.
