Colombia registers less construction projects

Colombia reported a 7.8 percent drop in new construction projects last year, according to the country's construction chamber, Camagro.

Camagro highlighted a 16.5 percent increase in home sales from January to October last year.

But the increase in sales came along with a 7.8 percent drop in programmed building projects during the period, and an 11 percent drop in non-public housing residential projects.
