Colombia's Ecopetrol become latest oil downgrade

Colombia’s oil major, Ecopetrol, has been downgraded to a notch above junk status by Moody’s, as crude continues its swoon.

The rating agency on Monday lowered the rating on the country’s national oil group to Baa3 from Baa2, and put it under review for further downgrade.
