Colombia's manufacturing sales up 6.9 percent

Colombia's manufacturing exports grew 6.9 percent during May this year, according to the country's administrative authority.

The growth was boosted by sales of machines and transport equipment, a promising recovery signal for Colombia's dynamic industry.

Fourteen of the 34 manufacturing sectors reported growth in their May sales.
