Colombia's Nutresa seeks to buy Global Alimentos

Colombian food company Nutresa is interested in acquiring Peru's Global Alimentos.

If successful, the $150-million operation would be Nutresa's second purchase of a Peuvian firm.

Other companies intersted in Global Alimentos are Nestlé, Alicorp, Gloria, Laive and Kellog's.
