Colombia’s Pintuco acquires Vastalux of Costa Rica for $5 million in drive for growth within Central American paint market

The Colombian paints company Pintucoacquired Vastalux of Costa Rica for $5 million as part of is plans to grow within Central America.

The acquisition will be made formal once all the requisites of Costa Rican law have been fulfilled, said Pintuco.

The Colombian company says it aims to be fully operational in Costa Rica by the first week of December.
