Colombia stagnant in competitiveness index

Colombia stayed at number 69 of 148 countries in this year's Competitiveness Index.

The Index is carried out yearly by the World Economic Forum.

This year, Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama were ahead of Colombia, who faces infrastructure, health and institutional weakness.
