Colombia to lift Panama tariffs in four months

Colombia has agreed to lift tariffs on Panamanian garment and shoe imports in the next four months, in accordance to a World Trade Organization ruling.

But the Colombian government said it will consider summoning an international arbitrator to mediate the time to implement the ruling.
