Colombian minister visits Panama for talks

Colombian Minister of Trade Maria Claudia Lacouture will travel to Panama Nov. 22 to discuss the current trade dispute between the two countries.

The appointment was confirmed by Vice Minister of Commerce Manuel Grimaldo. "We are not a state of Colombia. We are an independent country. We are asking that they reflect on the measures they have taken," he said.
