Concentryx provides 2,000 new jobs in El Salvador

Concentryx, the world's second leading provider of customer services, is now operating in El Salvador.

It has hired 2,000 staff members so far this year and plans to sign up 300 more for the rest of the year.

Since October 5, when Concentryx announced it closed a $2.8 billion deal to acquire Convergys, it has broadened the range of its brand and operations within El Salvador.
