Wednesday, November 14, 2018

Construction got underway yesterday on the Plaza Marinera, tourism complex at Puerto de la Libertad in El Salvador, funded by a $6 million investment from the Inter-American Development Bank.

The plaza is one of several new projects underway in the nation's construction sector. For example, Tres Torres Desarrollo Inmobiliario company has announced the construction of two apartment buildings in Santa Tecla. Investment is reported to be $22 million.

Agrisal has chosen the city of Apopa to build a second Plaza Mundo with a $7.5 million investment. The original Plaza Mundo now represents investments of $70 million since when it first began several years ago.
