Copa Airlines pilots threaten with strike

Copa Airlines' 990 pilots, members of Panama's commercial aviator union, have threatened to go on strike from May 1.

The pilots say the airline has violated some of their rights, including holidays and alcohol and drug tests.

The union is still awaiting a favorable response from the airline after several negotiations, the union's legal representative Aníbal Herrera said.
