Tuesday, September 4, 2018
The Costa Rican government of Carlos Alvarado aims to dodge upcoming economic potholes with an emergency plan for a reactivation.
Most of the measures are to be published in the course of the week, but yesterday several measures were announced in a bid to reduce red tape.
The establishment of a new business will now take only a maximum of 45 days from the current 406 days. However, the most significant measure will be a plan to reshape the Environment Technical Ministry (Setenta) in order to prevent it from being a bottleneck for development.
