Costa Rica avocado spat could go on for years

Costa Rican consumers will continue to pay high prices for their avocados  because the dispute with Mexico has turned into a major international trade dispute.

Costa Rican authorities say that their avocados must be protected from the diseased Mexican fruit. The dispute is likely to go on for years.
